Description
The Giant STP 24 FS is a kids’ mountain bike on 24-inch wheels. FS stands for front suspension: an 80mm coil-sprung SR Suntour fork with lockout takes the bumps up front, and there is no rear shock, so it is a hardtail. The light ALUXX-grade aluminium frame comes in one size. Tektro hydraulic disc brakes give strong, easy stopping, and a single-chainring (1x) drivetrain with a wide 12-42 cassette keeps gear changes simple and climbs easier. Wide 2.2-inch Kenda tyres add grip on murram and forest trails.
Which size fits me?
| Wheel | Rough age | Child height |
|---|---|---|
| 12 inch | 2–4 years | 85–100 cm |
| 16 inch | 4–6 years | 100–120 cm |
| 20 inch | 6–9 years | 115–135 cm |
| 24 inch | 8–12 years | 130–150 cm |
Taller than about 150 cm? Most riders that height fit an XS adult frame.
Heights are a rough guide. Not every model comes in every size: check the sizes listed for this bike. Between two sizes? Come and try both.
