Where can I see Giant bikes in Nairobi?

Come to our showroom at 03 Dar es Salaam Road, Nairobi (Monday to Saturday 8 AM to 7 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM) to see the bikes and check your size. Call or WhatsApp 0725 511 513 before you come to check that the model you want is in the showroom.

Do you deliver Giant bikes outside Nairobi?

Yes. We deliver anywhere in Kenya, the same day for in-stock items, and also to Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Djibouti and Eritrea. The delivery charge depends on the bike and the destination, and we agree it with you when we confirm your order. Orders outside Kenya are dispatched after full payment, and the buyer settles any import duties their country charges.

Most bike pages list the frame sizes we have. Call or WhatsApp 0725 511 513 with your height and we’ll help you pick the size, or check the fit at the showroom.

How do I pay for a Giant bike?

In Kenya, in-stock items can be paid on delivery. Bikes ordered from Giant need a 50% deposit before import. Orders outside Kenya are paid in full before dispatch.
