Frequently asked questions

Which size kids bike for my child’s age?
Kids bikes are sized by wheel. As a rough guide, 12-inch wheels suit children of about 2 to 4 years and 16-inch wheels about 4 to 6 years, but your child’s height matters more than age. Call or WhatsApp 0725 511 513 with your child’s height and we’ll help you pick the size.

When should my child move up to a bigger bike?
When your child’s knees come close to the handlebars as they pedal, or they can sit on the saddle with both feet flat on the ground and knees bent, it is time for the next wheel size.

Do you deliver kids bikes outside Nairobi?
Yes. We deliver anywhere in Kenya, the same day for in-stock items, and also to Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Djibouti and Eritrea. The delivery charge depends on the bike and the destination, and we agree it with you when we confirm your order. Orders outside Kenya are dispatched after full payment, and the buyer settles any import duties their country charges.

How do I pay for a kids bike?
In Kenya, in-stock items can be paid on delivery. Bikes ordered from Giant need a 50% deposit before import. Orders outside Kenya are paid in full before dispatch.
