Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in Kenya, and to Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda. You can also collect free of charge from our showroom at Dar es Salaam Road, Nairobi, Kenya (Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Sunday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM).

Across Kenya: same-day delivery for in-stock items once your order is confirmed.

Charges

Delivery charges depend on size and destination, and we agree them with you when we confirm your order — accessories typically ship at standard courier rates; full bicycles may attract a higher charge due to size.

Bike preparation

Every bicycle is professionally assembled, tuned and safety-checked by our mechanics before delivery or collection.

On delivery

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, note it with the courier and contact us within 48 hours on +254 725 511513 or [email protected] and we will make it right.
