Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in Kenya. You can also collect free of charge from our showroom at Dar es Salaam Road, Nairobi, Kenya (Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Timelines

Nairobi: same-day or next business day for in-stock items.
Rest of Kenya: 1–3 business days via courier, depending on county.

Charges

Delivery charges depend on size and destination and are confirmed before dispatch — accessories typically ship at standard courier rates; full bicycles may attract a higher charge due to size.
Any promotional free-delivery offers will be clearly stated on the product page or at checkout.

Bike preparation

Every bicycle is professionally assembled, tuned and safety-checked by our mechanics before delivery or collection.

On delivery

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, note it with the courier and contact us within 48 hours on +254 725 511513 or [email protected] and we will make it right.
