Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Liv and Giant bikes?
Liv is the bike brand Giant created for women, so Liv bikes are designed for women and come from the same company as Giant bikes. The right bike is the one that fits you, so compare Liv and Giant models of the same type when you choose.

Which Liv bike should I choose?
Choose by where you ride: the Liv Tempt is a hardtail mountain bike for murram and forest tracks, the Liv Intrigue and Liv Embolden are full-suspension mountain bikes for rougher trails, the Liv Avail AR is an all-road bike for tarmac and smooth murram, and the Liv Adore is a kids bike.

Do you deliver Liv bikes outside Nairobi?
Yes. We deliver the same day anywhere in Kenya, and also to Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Djibouti and Eritrea. The delivery charge depends on the bike and the destination, and we agree it with you when we confirm your order. Orders outside Kenya are dispatched after full payment, and the buyer settles any import duties their country charges.

How do I pay for a Liv bike?
In Nairobi County you pay on delivery. Elsewhere in Kenya a KES 2,000 deposit confirms your order. Orders outside Kenya are paid in full before dispatch.
