This agreement is between you and Giant Bicycles Kenya (“Giant,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) regarding your use of https://giantbicycleskenya.com/ and all its content, products, and services (the “Website”).
By accessing or using the Website, you confirm your acceptance of this agreement on behalf of yourself and any party you represent. If you do not agree or lack the authority to accept these terms, you may not use the Website.
Permission to Use the Website
You may only use the Website to purchase products if you reside in Kenya, are of legal age, and can form legally binding contracts. It is your responsibility to ensure your use complies with applicable laws. Giant Bicycles Kenya reserves the right to request identification for verification.
Changes to this Agreement
We may update this agreement at any time by posting a revised version on the Website. Continued use after changes signifies your acceptance. You cannot modify this agreement.
Out of Stock/Backorders
If an item becomes unavailable before shipment, we will contact you. Backorders are not accepted. You may choose to substitute the item or cancel your order.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa and MasterCard. The billing address must match the card issuer’s records. If a payment authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You are responsible for resolving payment issues with your bank.
Currency and Taxes
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Applicable taxes will be calculated based on your location.
Limits of Responsibility
We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by improper use of our products.
Pricing and Description Changes
Prices, descriptions, and images may change without notice. We are not liable for errors. Contact us within 30 days for price discrepancies; after that, no refunds or adjustments will be provided.
Errors on Our Website
We reserve the right to correct errors, cancel orders, and modify prices—even after payment has been processed. If an order is canceled after payment, we will issue a refund.
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped via our selected courier service. Delivery may take up to 5 business days. We do not deliver to PO boxes. Once an order is marked “Shipped,” it cannot be canceled—returns must be initiated instead.
Gear Only Shipping Policy
Gear orders over KES 10,000 qualify for free ground shipping. Large or heavy items may incur additional fees. Orders received by noon are typically processed the same day.
Bicycle Click and Collect Policy
Bicycles must be picked up from an authorized Giant dealer. Shipping charges apply based on the bicycle size:
- Standard Bicycle – KES 3,500
- Oversized Bicycle – KES 5,000
- Electric Bicycle – KES 6,500
You must collect your bicycle within 7 days of receiving the notification email.
Return Policy
Gear Returns:
Unopened gear items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (excluding clearance items). Items showing signs of use cannot be returned.
Bicycle Returns:
Bicycles must be returned to the original pick-up location in new condition. Approved returns are subject to a 2% processing fee and possible restocking charges.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, returns must follow our return process. Bicycles canceled after shipment may incur a restocking fee.
